Exceeded expectations

I gave this to my student intern upon the completion of her internship. I ordered it about two weeks ahead of time, and unfortunately it arrived broken. I emailed Peachie Speechie to inform them of the situation, and within minutes Josh was in touch with me and sent me another one in a matter of days.
