By engaging with Peachie Speechie materials, users acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in the Terms of Use. All content and information available on and Peachie Speechie's TPT shop, as well as any Materials provided through these platforms, are exclusively owned by Peachie Speechie.

Peachie Speechie retains full ownership, title, and interests in the Materials, encompassing all associated intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, logos, design rights, and other proprietary rights.

The usage of Materials is permitted solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, and any downloaded materials should be stored on a single computer. It is imperative to maintain all copyright and proprietary notices affixed to the Materials, including these Terms of Use.

Upon purchasing any item, a sole digital product license is granted, deemed valid for a singular user (SLP, SLPA, teacher, or parent), non-transferable in nature. Explicitly prohibited are the acts of sharing, distributing, or redistributing any Materials (colleagues may not share materials). The purchased license is conditional upon your adherence to these terms. Any violation will result in the termination of your license without refund and may incur penalties related to ethical considerations.

Actions such as copying, reproducing, modifying, republishing, uploading, selling, leasing, sub-licensing, posting online, transmitting, sharing, emailing, or engaging in any form of distribution of Materials, whether in part or whole, are strictly prohibited. Additionally, you are prohibited from decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works based on the Materials, associated artwork, or documentation.
