Orders may be fulfilled in the US or internationally, with no specific delivery date guarantees. Multiple items in an order may be shipped separately.
Digital Products:
Materials are subject to our Terms of Use. Each purchase grants a single digital product license, non-transferable and valid for a sole user. Sharing is strictly prohibited.
Claims and Issues:
Claims, including damage or defects, require adequate photo submission. Downloadable materials are subject to our Terms of Use.
Gift Cards:
Gift cards are not reloadable or redeemable for cash.

Only one discount code may be used per order. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts, gift cards, or previous purchases. Discounts must be active and applied to your order at checkout. If you submit an unsolicited idea to Peachie Speechie, then you agree that: (1) your idea will immediately upon submission become the sole and exclusive property of Peachie Speechie, without compensation to you or any other person or party; and (2) Peachie Speechie can use the idea for any purpose and in any way. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not submit an unsolicited idea to us.
SECTION 21 - PRODUCT NAMES & DESCRIPTIONS
Our product sizes and fits are based on industry standards created by shirt manufacturers. For instance, "Women's" style is tailored to fit a narrower waistline, smaller sleeves, and a lower neckline, as recognized by the industry. However, we welcome anyone to purchase our products, irrespective of their gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic. The titles are merely descriptive and not intended to exclude anyone. We do not discriminate based on gender identity or expression.
SECTION 22- SMS/MMS MOBILE MESSAGE MARKETING PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By opting into our mobile messaging program, you agree to receive marketing mobile messages and understand that consent is not required to make any purchase from Peachie Speechie. If you no longer wish to participate, you can reply STOP to any mobile message from Peachie Speechie. The Program involves recurring mobile messages and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with Peachie Speechie. The Program is offered on an "as-is" basis, and Peachie Speechie is not liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any mobile messages connected with this Program. You must have a wireless device of your own, capable of two-way messaging, be using a participating wireless carrier, and be a wireless service subscriber with a text messaging service. You may not use or engage with the Platform if you are under eighteen (18) years of age. You acknowledge and agree to not send any inappropriate or prohibited content over the Platform.
