If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the item was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.
Please inspect your items as soon as you get them. If an order arrives damaged, please get in touch with a photo right away! All claims must be submitted within seven days of delivery. Email email@example.com
No returns will be accepted without prior approval. To complete your return, we'll need to identify your order with the order number or email. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within seven days of delivery.
Once your return is processed, you will be issued a store credit for the product purchase price, less any promotional savings from your order. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not offer cash refunds.
You are responsible for shipping us your item. Some examples of rejected returns include washed/worn items and returns received without prior approval.
Non-returnable orders include downloadable materials, gift cards, sale items, discounted items/orders, holiday items, custom items, face masks, bulk orders, books, drinkware, hats, swimwear, underwear, jewelry, watch bands, clutches/purses, wallets, stickers, posters, canvases, postcards, pillows, phone cases, notebooks, journals, candles, bags and fundraiser items/orders. These items may not be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the shipping date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Shipments returned due to an incomplete or invalid address may be reshipped at your expense.
We’re so excited to get your new faves to you, so we move quick. That means that we aren’t able to cancel or modify an order after it has been placed.
