If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it.
RETURNS
Check your items upon delivery and report any damage or defect within seven days with a photo to support@peachiespeechie.com. We do not accept returns without prior approval.
To initiate a return, email us at support@peachiespeechie.com within seven days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. We issue store credit for approved returns, minus promotional savings or a fifteen percent restocking fee. We do not provide cash refunds.
You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Do not return washed or worn items or items without prior approval.
FINAL SALE
The following items are non-returnable: courses, materials, gift cards, sale or discounted items, memberships, subscriptions, holiday items, custom or bulk orders, books, drinkware, hats, swimwear, underwear, mouth models, watch bands, bags, laptop sleeves, mouse pads, wallets, stickers, posters, canvases, postcards, pillows, phone cases, stationery, candles, and fundraiser items. These items are not eligible for cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
SHIPPING
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within four weeks of the shipping date. If the issue is determined to be an error on our part, we will cover the cost of replacement or reshipment. Shipments returned due to an incomplete or invalid address can be reshipped, but the cost of reshipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
MODIFICATIONS
We’re so excited to get your new faves to you, so we move quick. That means that we aren’t able to cancel or modify an order after it has been placed.
