QUALITY GUARANTEE
If your order arrives with a printing issue or damage, please reach out to us at support@peachiespeechie.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
RETURNS
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and require approval. Items must be unused and in original condition. Approved returns receive store credit, less discounts or a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued as store credit only.
FINAL SALE
All custom items, discounted items, and specialty products are final sale. This includes: courses, materials, gift cards, sale or discounted items, memberships, subscriptions, holiday items, custom or bulk orders, books, drinkware, hats, swimwear, underwear, mouth models, watch bands, bags, laptop sleeves, mouse pads, wallets, stickers, posters, canvases, postcards, pillows, phone cases, stationery, candles, and fundraiser items. These items are not eligible for cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
