Here's another helpful worksheet to accompany one of my free videos, How To Teach The Bunched R Sound With A Ball! The video and worksheet help students understand tongue movement for the bunched R.
See our new Speech Sound Video Worksheets here! These include all the sounds and home-practice sheets for each sound.
All my elementary R-boys are boisterous and it’s great to have a way to engage them physically in therapy!
This is great technique that I had never tried before, thank you!
Kids love playing with balls and this trick is fun! I like to add fun to my therapy sessions and make it purposeful. Using a ball to mimic tongue movement for /r/ helps kids experience the posture as they try with their tongues. Thank you!
I really like this visual. It's been helpful for some of my students.
